OVERVIEW

At TP, we adhere to social values throughout our manufacturing process and fulfill our commitment to the sustainable shared development between us and society as a whole.
Happy Together

Happy Together is one of our corporate social responsibility projects. Launched in 2011, it aims to support the less fortunate in our communities.
We believe that giving back to the community is an integral part of our business. We encourage our employees at our head office and all overseas operations to contribute their time and resources to support the communities in which they operate, based on their passions and priorities.

  • We donate goods to residents in communities near the production sites and gifts to children.

  • We sponsor local schools and nurseries through "one company-one school" matching arrangements.

  • We donate funds for disaster recovery in areas affected by earthquakes, floods, etc.

  • We donate clothing samples to welfare centers in Guro District, Seoul.

Better Work & SLCP

All TP Vietnam and Indonesia production sites participate in Better Work and the Social Labor Convergence Program (SLCP) to demonstrate their commitment to regular audits and compliance with international labor standards.
To foster a decent working environment, we also partner with Better Work to offer Supervisory Skill Training (SST) courses that provide training on employees' rights, supervisor responsibilities and professionalism, and communication.

Inclusive Culture

TP values diversity, equality and inclusion. We are committed to integrating these values into our culture, rather than just implementing programs.
We are particularly focused on the following areas to ensure shared prosperity with our employees and communities.

  • Cooperation with NGOs
"My disability is no longer a limitation in my life."

My name is Ainun, and I am a Sewing Operator at TP Indonesia NPC.
I have a hearing impairment and was introduced to TP in 2023 through the TP x Plan International collaboration program, where I received vocational training.
After completing the program, I was offered a job at TP. I am happy to be able to provide for my family as an independent woman.

  • Strengthening Women Leadership
"Anyone can become a leader if they are willing to put in the effort."

I have been employed by TMVA since its inception 28 years ago.
I joined the company as an MR and was finally promoted to Production Director in 2023. I am proud to be a leader in a Korean company, and I am confident that my case can be an inspiration for other local team members.
